Chapter 4 — Sameer Rahman Disappears
They took him in the early morning while the house was still quiet.
Sameer had just stepped out of the bathroom when two men he did not recognise walked in through the side door. Sana stood behind them. She did not speak. One of the men held up a small packet. Sameer started to demand what was happening. The words never finished. The injection was quick. His legs went soft. The last clear thought he had was that this could not be real.
When he woke, the room was different. No windows. Soft light. A narrow hospital-style bed, a chair, a locked door. His phone was gone. His clothes were gone. The watch his father had given him was gone. Even the wedding ring was missing. He was completely naked.
He tried to sit up but could not, he was strapped to the bed. He shouted for Sana.
No one answered.
Hours later the door opened. Sana came in with a thin man in a white coat. Dr. Nadeem. The doctor looked uncomfortable but did not meet Sameer’s eyes for long.
“What the hell is this?” Sameer’s voice was already hoarse from shouting.
Sana sat down on the chair opposite the bed.
“You are not leaving this house as Sameer Rahman again.”
He laughed, short and ugly. “You have lost your mind.”
She did not argue. She simply watched while the doctor took blood, measured his chest, his waist, his hips, and then produced a small steel device. Sameer fought when they put the chastity cage on him. He cursed, threatened, tried to kick. The two men held him down. The lock clicked shut. The key went into Sana’s pocket.
Then came the butt plug.
It was modest in size, smooth, and locked in place with a thin strap that fastened around his waist. Sameer felt it settle inside him and went still for a second from pure shock. Then the shouting started again.
“Take it out. Take it out right now. I will kill you for this.”
Sana stood up.
“You will wear it every day. The size will increase when I decide. You can't remove it. You will not remove the cage. Hormones start today. You will remain on this bed for the next two months while the rest is done.”
Dr. Nadeem injected the first heavy dose of hormones while Sameer was still thrashing. Sameer’s voice cracked with rage and disbelief. He called her every name he knew. He promised lawyers, police, his connections. Sana listened without expression.
When the doctor left, she stayed a moment longer.
“Your phone is destroyed. Your documents are gone. The photographs of you as a man are gone. The people who matter have already been told you left the country for work. Aaliya will see you soon - let's see if she likes the New you.”
She closed the door.
---
From the first night he was kept flat on his back or on his side, wrists locked in loose but permanent steel handcuffs that allowed only limited movement. A short steel chain connected the two legs so his feet could never move more than six inches apart. For the first eight weeks he was not allowed to stand at all except for brief, supervised transfers. It was a plan to atrophy his muscles, remove his strength. He remained completely naked the entire time , nothing to cover the cage, the plug, or the changing body.
He was kept under heavy sedation for most of those two months. He woke fully only a handful of times. Each time the world returned in fragments: the ache of the plug deep inside him, the soft pull of new weight on his chest, the handcuffs limiting his arms. He tried to speak, but the drugs and later the vocal surgery left him able only to make low, muffled, broken sounds—half sobs, half attempts at words that never formed.
Tears ran freely down his face whenever he was conscious enough to understand what was being done to him. He cried without sound at first, then with the soft, cracked noises that were all his throat could produce.
Sameer felt every stage when the sedation lifted enough for him to understand.
In the first days the shame was sharp and immediate. He was naked, locked, and helpless in a room that no longer belonged to him. He tried to cover himself with his cuffed hands and failed. Tears came hot and fast. He made muffled, desperate sounds against the quiet of the room.
By the third week, when the breast implants were already in place and the hormones were thickening his chest, the sorrow deepened into something heavier. He woke one afternoon to the unfamiliar weight on his chest and the knowledge that it would never be removed. He turned his head into the thin pillow and cried in long, shaking, silent waves, the only sounds leaving him soft and broken. The high heels kept his feet in their forced position even while he lay there. The plug shifted when he tried to curl inward.
After the rib-cage surgery the pain and the new shape of his torso made the crying worse. He woke to the sharp reminder with every breath that his body had been permanently narrowed. The tears came harder. Farooq visited two days after that surgery and stood looking at the bandaged waist for a long time before leaving without a word. Sameer watched him go through blurred eyes and made a low, broken noise that might once have been a plea.
The facial and vocal surgeries in the sixth week took the last of the old voice and the last of the old face. When the bandages came off and he first tried to speak, only a thin, unfamiliar sound emerged. He cried for hours in short, muffled bursts, the new voice cracking with every attempt to form words. The sorrow was no longer only about the loss of control. It was about the knowledge that the man he had been was being erased while he lay naked and unable to stop it.
By the end of the second month the body on the bed was no longer recognisable as Sameer Rahman.
His shoulders had narrowed. The heavy muscle was gone, destroyed by the constant hormones and the total inactivity. The breast implants sat full and natural under the thinned skin. The rib work had given him a pronounced hourglass: a narrow waist that flared into hips the hormones had begun to round. His arms and legs were soft, the old definition erased. The face was smoother in every plane.
The surgically altered voice was higher and thinner. The chastity cage remained locked. The largest plug yet sat deep inside him. The high-heeled shoes had never left his feet except for brief cleaning. The loose handcuffs still restricted his wrists. He was still completely naked.
That was the naked, altered, locked body Aaliya was brought to see.
---
Aaliya came at the twelfth -week mark.
She had spent those twelve weeks still believing she would run away with him. She had argued with her father. She had packed a small bag. She had waited for the message that never came.
When the door opened she stepped into the room and stopped.
Sameer had been allowed to stand for the first time in four weeks, though his legs shook so badly he had to grip the bedpost. The physical therapist had visited daily for the past week, forcing him through painful exercises to rebuild atrophied muscle, but he was still weak, still unstable, still learning to balance in the heels that had become his only footwear. He stood in the centre of the floor, completely naked, locked into the high-heeled shoes, the short steel bar between his ankles forcing his feet close together. The loose handcuffs kept his wrists in front of him. Nothing covered the new breast growth—tender mounds from hormones and early implants—the narrowing waist, the softening limbs, or the heavy chastity cage.
The plug (still only the second size) made every small shift of his weight visible. His face—already softened by early hormone treatments and recent facial surgery, no longer the face she had known—looked back at her with raw desperation. Tears were already running down his cheeks. When he tried to speak, the voice that came out was higher, thinner, and broken by the crying he could not stop.
“Aaliya… please…” The new voice cracked. He made a low, muffled sound that turned into another sob. “She has gone insane. Call your father. Call the police. Get me out of here. We were going to leave together. You said you would come with me.”
He tried to take a step toward her. The connecting bar between the high heels jerked his ankles together. He almost lost his balance. More tears fell. The altered voice broke again into helpless, muffled crying.
Aaliya watched all of it. The love that had made her willing to defy her entire family drained from her face, replaced by something cold and final.
“I don’t know who you are anymore.”
“I am the same man… please…” He was crying openly now, the soft, damaged voice barely able to form the words. “You said you loved me.”
She looked at the naked body that held nothing of the man she had known, and the broken sounds that were all he could produce. Then she shook her head once.
“I loved a man,” she said quietly. “You are not a man anymore.”
She turned and walked out. The door shut behind her. Sameer tried to call after her, but only muffled, sorrowful sounds came out. The high heels and the bar between them kept him from following. Tears ran down his face long after she had gone. She did not come back.
---
Farooq came that same night.
Sana opened the door and let him in without a word. Sameer was still standing in the centre of the room, naked, locked into the high heels. Tears had dried in uneven tracks on the softened face that no longer looked like his.
Farooq stopped three steps away and looked at him for a long time. The same way he had looked during the earlier visits, only colder now.
“Turn around,” Sana said.
Sameer did not move. She pressed the remote once. A sharp pulse through the plug dropped him forward; he caught himself on the edge of the bed, legs forced close by the bar, ass presented.
Farooq stepped behind him. He did not undress fully. He only opened his trousers, spat once into his hand, and removed the plug. Farooq simply forced himself into it, thick and unlubricated, until he was buried to the hilt.
Sameer made a broken, high sound. The new voice cracked.
Farooq gripped the narrowed waist with both hands and began to thrust, hard and without rhythm. Each stroke made the cage swing and knock against Sameer’s soft thighs. The high heels scraped on the floor. The ankle bar kept his legs from opening more than a few inches.
Farooq leaned down until his mouth was against the ear.
“You should hear how you scream when I’m inside her,” he said, voice low and even. “You doesn’t hold back.”
He repeated the line with every deep thrust, the exact words Sameer had thrown at him in the parking lot, only now the pronouns had flipped and the body beneath him was the one that had spoken them.
Sameer’s hands clawed at the sheets. The new breasts swayed with every impact. Tears started again, silent at first, then accompanied by the thin, damaged sounds that were all the vocal surgery had left him. Farooq did not slow down. He used the body the way Sameer had once used Aaliya—without care for the person inside it—until he came with a short, ugly grunt, flooding the already full passage around the locked plug.
He pulled out, wiped himself on the edge of the medical gown that still hung from Sameer’s shoulders, and stepped back.
Sana watched the whole time from the chair, remote in her hand, expression unchanged.
Farooq looked down at the trembling, locked, plugged figure on the bed and spoke one last time, quietly.
“You shouldn’t have said that.”
Then he left.
Sana waited until the outer door closed. She walked over, turned Sameer’s face toward her with two fingers under the chin, and studied the wet eyes and the ruined voice that could no longer form a proper protest.
“That was only the first time,” she said. “He will come back whenever I decide. And every time he does, he will remind you of the exact words you chose.”
She locked the door behind her when she left. Sameer stayed where he was, the plug and the fresh mess both still inside him, the cage locked, the high heels still forcing his feet into their permanent position, the echoed line repeating in his head long after the room was silent.
---
The next night Sana returned alone.
Sameer was sitting on the edge of the bed, still talking, still threatening, still trying to reclaim some control with the only weapon he had left—his voice.
Sana closed the door and locked it.
“You wanted a second life,” she said. “You never imagined you would have to live the first one differently.”
She walked over to him. He tried to stand. She pushed him back down with one hand on his chest.
“Stay.”
He started to argue. She reached into her pocket and pressed a small remote. The plug inside him came alive with a sharp, deep vibration that made his whole body jolt. The sound that came out of his mouth was not a word.
Sana watched his face as the vibration settled into a steady, insistent pulse. She could see the exact moment it registered that he could not stop it, could not remove it, could not even adjust the angle.
“This is how it works now,” she said quietly. “You speak when I allow it. You move when I allow it. Your body is no longer yours to command.”
She made him lie back fully. She opened the kurta and looked at the cage locked around him. The metal was already warm from his skin. She ran one finger along the outside of it, slow, deliberate, feeling how little room he had left.
Then she turned the remote higher.
The vibration grew stronger, forcing small, involuntary movements from his hips. Sameer clenched his teeth and tried to stay silent. He failed. A broken sound escaped him.
Sana straddled his thighs, still fully dressed, and leaned down close to his ear.
“You used to decide everything. When we had sex. How we had sex. Whether I was allowed to want anything. That is finished.”
She kept the vibration steady while she spoke. Sameer’s breathing turned ragged. His hands gripped the sheets hard enough to turn the knuckles white. He tried to curse her again, but the words came out broken and uneven.
Sana shifted her weight so that the cage pressed against the fabric of her salwar. She moved her hips in a slow, controlled circle, letting him feel the pressure without giving him any real friction. At the same time she increased the intensity of the plug in short, sharp bursts—three seconds on, two seconds off—until his thighs started to tremble.
“Look at me,” she said.
He did. His eyes were wet with anger and something closer to panic.
She held the remote between them so he could see her thumb on the button.
“You will come when I decide. Not before. Not after.”
She turned the setting up to a continuous, deep pulse that went straight through the plug and into the base of the cage. Sameer’s back arched. His mouth opened but no clear words came out—only a low, desperate sound. His hips tried to thrust upward against nothing. The cage stopped him. The plug kept working.
Sana stayed still and watched.
She let it build until his whole body was shaking, until the muscles in his stomach tightened hard, until he was past the point of control. Then she pressed the button one final time, pushing the intensity as high as it would go.
Sameer’s climax was forced out of him through the cage—messy, incomplete, and completely under her hand. He came with a broken shout, hips jerking against the metal, the plug still vibrating inside him the entire time. The release left him gasping, still locked, still plugged, still unable to soften properly inside the cage.
Sana turned the remote off.
The sudden silence in the room was louder than his earlier shouting.
She stayed straddling him for a few more seconds, looking down at the wet mess on the cage and the way his chest rose and fell. Then she climbed off and stood up.
Sameer lay there breathing hard, eyes closed, the modest plug still seated deep inside him, the cage still locked tight.
Sana spoke quietly.
“This is the first time. There will be many more. You will learn the rest of it in the days that come.”
"And, I forgot to tell you, you moan like a bitch in heat"
She left the key to the cage in her pocket and walked out, locking the door behind her.
Sameer stayed on the bed long after she was gone. The plug shifted slightly every time he breathed. The cage held him. His voice, when he finally tried to use it again, sounded smaller than it had that morning.
