Part 1

In a small town, a family with twin siblings, Ramani and Hari, lived a seemingly ordinary life. But as they grew older, Ramani began to feel a disconnect from her body. She confided in her parents, who immediately sought medical help.in which one is a girl and the other one is a boy. Girl’s name is Ramani and the boy is Hari. The moments and manners of them are in reverse order. Hari's gait is girly. Voice is female and moments also are of a girl. Whereas Ramani's voice is of male, gait is of male and manners also are of male.

Their parents initially got some confusion. Later they had given an idea to change their dresses and to send Hari to the girl's section and Ramani to the boy's section.
They were comfortable in their changed roles. Interestingly at the age of puberty Hari is getting stomach ache, mood swings and female breast growth. While Ramani is getting muscled body.

The parents approached to consult otolaryngologist, speech language pathologist and mental health professional in an attempt to change their daughter's voice.
After that they approached a gynaecologist for the daughter's puberty. In the meantime when Ramani has to take the hormonal injections every week she starts sending her brother in female dress. This happens for six months. As a result the female features in him are growing more strikingly. The Hari's feminine features are becoming more pronounced, reflecting his growing connection to his sister's experience. This transformation is likely a result of the hormonal injections which are to be taken by his sister are taken by him, which have been affecting his own body. As the months go by, Hari's appearance is changing, and he's embracing his new identity.

The parents realized this and carefully started personally taking the daughter to the doctors while the son at home is badly longing for girly environment without which he was experiencing some vaccum. He was craving for a more feminine environment, which is missing from his life. This void is likely causing him distress and discomfort.

While the daughter was taking her treatment for two years, Ramani undergoes hormonal treatment under a few experts and Ramani finally became a right girl but with slight shades of male voice. Ramani’s journey has been long and challenging, but she finally found her true self. The slight shade of male voice is a reminder of her past, but it's a small price to pay for her newfound identity.
In the meantime the parents took the boy also to the gynecologist and transgender medical specialists. They identified that he is not he but a she in him and recommended for surgical treatment for changing him into Harini after good length of counseling. Hari immediately expressed his willingness to become a girl through surgery. They made SRS. Hari became Harini. Now both the twins Ramani and Harini are girls in the family.
The twins' journey is one of self-discovery and acceptance. Their parents' love and support have been their guiding light. Now, both sisters are thriving, embracing their true selves. It's a beautiful story of transformation, love, and acceptance. ‍
